CoolHead (“we”, “our”, “the app”) provides wellness support and trigger-regulation guidance. CoolHead is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis or treatment.

1. Data We Access

Health and Motion Data (Apple HealthKit, Apple Watch, Motion)

If you complete onboarding questions, your selected answers may be stored on-device to personalize your in-app experience.

Subscription Status

For subscriptions, the app uses RevenueCat and Apple in-app purchase systems to check entitlement status. We do not collect your card or payment credentials directly.

If you open Help & Feedback, a support form is loaded from Tally (tally.so).

Anonymous Usage Analytics

We use Mixpanel to collect anonymous usage analytics such as which features are used, session activity, subscription events, and general onboarding preferences (for example, which category of trigger context or desired outcome you selected — but not free-text input). This data does not include health information, personal identifiers, or any data that can be used to identify you. No HealthKit data is sent to Mixpanel or any analytics service.

6. Children

CoolHead is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us to request deletion.

7. Data Retention

Reminder content you add remains on your device until you edit/delete it or uninstall the app. Onboarding answers remain on-device until app data is reset or removed.

8. International Users

If you use the app outside your home country, core trigger processing remains primarily on-device.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date indicates the latest version.
